4 WRONG REASONS TO LOSE WEIGHT



  Today a friend called me up and tells me she feels frustrated and wants to enrol in a gym and she wants me to egg her on. She really needed the encouragement and she trusts I always have the best advices. I smiled commended her resolve and even agreed to a possible thirty days challenge. She was jumping and screaming thanks Bossethehi and I waited for her to calm down.


  As is typical of me I wanted to know what spurred her on. Shes been that way since I knew her and she had never been this motivated to lose some weight. When she finished stating her reasons I blatantly told her to forget about the challenge because it wasn't going to happen. She sobered down immediately and I told her to make a list of what she wanted out of life in the order of importance. While I'm waiting for her to send me that list here is a comprehensive list of why nobody should contact me for a weight loss regime or advice.

   1. To keep a partner: Sistas you need to gather around now and listen to this very important point. I don't have a problem with you losing weight but if it's to keep a partner then you my dear are stupid. You think he cheats cause you've added weight? Or was that the crazy excuse he gave you?. Then you need to take a survey of all the girls that get cheated on. Sista some are damn gorgeous skinny that if you were a guy you would be elated to have them. Being fit or Slim doesn't keep a man for you. If a guy saw you fat and stepped up to you, asked you out then he couldn't have been blind. His only excuse should be mid life crisis which really isn't any of our business.

  2. To find a partner: If this is the reason you are jogging, starving and trying to lose weight then you need a new brain. Different men need their ladies in different sizes. Personally I love men that have their women chubby, I trust they have enough confidence. Take a survey as well so you see that the number of plus size ladies get married are topping the charts. Most men love women who are not scared to eat and be comfortable in their bodies.

  3. To keep up with fashion trend: Seriously which fashion catalogue are you shopping from? Because babes plus size ladies are slaying in the fashion world these days. There are a endless array of clothes and style to choose from. Damn seeing them on the catalogues are giving me plus sized goals. So don't lose those weight because of a limited fashion sense that wasn't produced in your size. If you really want it that badly get the style to your fashion designer and let her get you a replica in your size.

  4. Peer pressure: Your friends are laughing at you or something? Then laugh at their shallow mentality. Saying I'm fat doesn't make me sad, it just gives me an excuse to run you and your skinny ass down. I give people plus size goals. When they are around me skinny girls want to be fat because boo we got the carriage and assets boss niggas be after.

  While I'm an advocate for being comfortable in your own skin and slaying it with confidence. I love when ladies do things to make themselves happy and confidence. So if you feel losing some weight will make you healthier, smarter, Sharper and sexier especially if it around the stomach and arms then holla up at me. The only reason you should be losing those weight should be because it will make you a better and healthier person and not because one obnoxious broda is not comfortable with your looks.

  Be fat and fab. Get a good skin care regime, look clean put together and confident and you will have men eating from the palm of your hands. SO LOSE WEIGHT FOR THE RIGHT REASONS!
